Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
